Our family of four, including two children ages 11 and 13, had a fantastic stay at Villa Kozina in Podstrana. The spotless modern apartment had all the amenities we needed, including WiFi. The comfortable sofa bed in the lounge and separate double bedroom provided plenty of space for everyone. The location was excellent, with a grocery shop and restaurant nearby, as well as easy access to the beach and subway. The landlady was incredibly helpful and responsive to all our questions. The top floor apartment offered a superb view of the sea and nearby islands. We highly recommend this hotel!

The apartment and surrounding building is beautiful. Modern and newly decorated. The pool was perfect entertainment for my 11-year-old nephew, and our 8-month-old enjoyed the occasional splash too. Close to the nearest beach, local shop, and restaurant. Super nice private swimming pool. Air conditioning, blinds, mosquito nets, and fully equipped kitchen.

so clean! everything felt brand new at Villa Kozina. the hostess was welcoming and gave great local tips. close to the beach and only a 15 min drive to the old town.

Although there were minor lacking in the kitchen due to the house being new, the overall experience was still fantastic. The views from the top floor were breathtaking, and the modern and clean design of the entire house added to the overall appeal.

I always choose this place for my stay. Staff helped with my tech issues once. Free Wi-Fi, valet parking, dryer, AC, flat-screen TV, laundry. I'm coming back for New Year!

This apartment is in a great location, close to a local supermarket which is handy for any supplies you may need. It is also easy to reach different beaches and the shopping malls in Split. The apartment itself is clean and has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The hosts are exceptional and provide great customer care, going above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant stay.

The cleaning service could have been more thorough, especially in the bathroom, where mopping the floors would have been appreciated.

The room at Villa Kozina was amazing! It had a cozy seating area where we could relax and enjoy the fireplace. The flat-screen TV was a great addition for family movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the dishwasher was a lifesaver. We loved the private patio, perfect for morning coffee. we felt right at home in this room.

I wasn't a huge fan of the shower in the private bathroom, but that's just my personal preference.
